Crave Gastropub and Catering is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to help grow our brand while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity that guests have come to know and love. Candidates should be an experienced chef interested in an opportunity to grow and enhance a vibrant business through culinary creativity and a strong work ethic. The applicant will directly influence the development of new and exciting menu ideas while keeping the standard of consistent high quality. This position is hands on and involves daily cooking as well as supervision of a small kitchen team.

We offer a competitive salary and incentives. Typical work week: 40-45 hours a week.
Required Skills:
Strong Sauté and Grill experience.
Ability to perform in a High Volume Kitchen
Knowledge of food handling and safety requirements
Knowledge of menu composition
Ability to work with others
Strong problem solving ability
Responsible for training, scheduling, of employees
Assists in the coordination and execution of special events
Qualifications: 2 years+ kitchen related experience and or training Culinary Education preferred or equivalent on the job training and experience
