CleanPower is searching for a Recruiter to join our team in our Sheboygan branch. This is a full-time, salaried position working primarily 1st shift, Monday Friday. Travel will be frequent in this role. Changing plans will happen often. And it will be exciting!
The primary responsibility as a Recruiter will be to fill open positions and get our valuable new hires through the onboarding process. The Recruiter will operate from our Sheboygan office as a base, but travel to Appleton will be frequent. Core hours will be Monday Friday, 8am 5pm, but there will be times when working outside of those hours will be required.
So, what do we need from you? Well, an HR education helps, but it isnt required. This is an entry level HR position and we are willing to teach, so if you have some HR experience but not the degree, we still want to see your application! Youll need a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong organization skills. Elite customer service ability, including the ability to remain professional at all times. Computer skills will be important. The ability to have some fun at work is a big deal too.
