Farm: Teunissen Green Acres LLC – Custom Heifer Operation
Teunissen Green Acres LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated General Farmhand to join our team in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin. This is a full-time position with a focus on machinery operation, equipment maintenance, and fieldwork—no milking required. Our farm specializes in raising heifers, and we take pride in providing a professional, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
Is hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated
Can take initiative and complete tasks independently
Works well as part of a team and around animals
Has experience operating and maintaining farm machinery
Is willing to take on a wide variety of farm tasks
Experience with animal care or welding is a bonus, but not required.
Primary Responsibilities
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
Perform fieldwork tasks such as planting, harvesting, and hauling
Mix and feed Total Mixed Rations (TMR)
Assist with herdsman and basic animal care duties
Handle general repairs and farm maintenance projects
Support seasonal and day-to-day farm operations
This position offers hands-on experience in all aspects of a progressive heifer operation, with variety in your daily work and room to grow.
Compensation
Starting wage: Approximately $20/hour, based on experience and skill set
