Ideal position for a maintenance person to jump into management. We are looking for a high energy person to manage our 40 unit apartment community and do the maintenance/janitorial for this property. We are able to offer fulltime benefits and wage for the right individual. Must be able to sell, enjoy lots of paperwork, be able to adapt to our computer software, have good customer service skills, be able to collect rents, have great attention to detail and much more. We are willing to spend the time training the right person. $18 an hour plus health insurance fully paid, 15 days of PTO, many more benefits. Please send letter/resume and contact information.
