The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Associate who is eager to learn, hardworking, and genuinely interested in
the world of jewelry — from gemstones and precious metals to design and craftsmanship.
What matters most to us is enthusiasm, reliability, and a true curiosity and positive attitude toward
learning the full breadth of this fascinating industry.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces
Provide knowledgeable, genuine service and support in a team environment
Assist with digital marketing content creation and posting
Handle sales transactions, repairs, and special orders with security and attention to detail
Maintain the presentation of merchandise, including dusting, vacuuming and cleaning
Learn about gemstones, metals, and the design process through hands-on experience
