An apartment maintenance technician is responsible for make readies (turns), work orders and preventative maintenance. This includes painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor hvac, tile work, cabinet work, carpentry and other minor trades work. Must have a valid driver license, must be able to lift heavy objects and take the emergency phone full time.
