Job Title: Sales Administrative AssistantLocation: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office Starting wage: $20.59 - $22.65 (wage commensurate with experience)Skyward is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Department. This role includes coordinating meetings and events, managing reports and records, arranging travel, processing expenses, supporting customer communications, and providing day-to-day administrative support to our sales team.What you’ll do:Support the Sales team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.Coordinate meetings, events, seminars, and travel arrangements.Manage reports, spreadsheets, purchase orders, and department documentation.Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.Prepare communications, marketing materials, and other sales support resources.Ensure accuracy through detailed recordkeeping, prooing, and follow-through.What you’ll need:Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Customer-focused with strong professionalism and discretion.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Skyward’s Benefits:At Skyward, we believe in supporting our team members both personally and professionally.
