For every project, ensure the most necessary elements are delivered in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints
Usher the flow of work and information efficiently through the marketing, creative, and production departments
Set up project schedules, organize job files, track and monitor progress, route projects, and supervise status meetings Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Expertise in Business Process Functions
Execute experience highly valued
Strong familiarity with planning
Comprehension of risk management
Demonstrated knowledge of Workstation Support
Expense Account experience desired
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Practical knowledge of Regulation
General familiarity with Hiring Processes
Earlier work involving Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft Word experience
Previous experience working with Stakeholders
Prior experience with Module
Background working with procurement
Experience with change management
Microsoft Excel experience desired
Milestones experience highly desired
Foundational knowledge in Third Party
Adeptness in About Time
Knowledge of operations
Deliverable experience preferred
Good understanding of Communication Skills
Proficiency in Written Communication
Hands-on experience with prooing
Implementation experience highly preferred
Provide information both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals
Possessing a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification is a big plus for this position
Able to rely on your discretion and act on it
Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity
Skills in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development
Candidates with previous experience working with or in an accounting function with a key role in system projects may be best suited for this role
Expert in project management software such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications
