The Jack Link’s Protein Snacks portfolio of brands includes, Jack Link’s, Lorissa’s Kitchen, Wild River, Golden Island, Matador, BiFi and Peperami.Responsible for cultivating and building relationships with customers along with delivering Ready-to-Eat and meat products for direct customer orders.Starting Wage: $20.00 an hour + BonusEssential Job Functions

Calls upon existing convenience store accounts to ensure accurate inventory of CFP products.

Gathers and maintains key information and develops a follow-up strategy.

Develops a tracking system to track stores’ inventory levels.

Works with customers to set up delivery schedules.

Inquiries about condition of instore displays and equipment and arranges corrections.

Completes deliveries of direct customer orders to convenience stores during allotted times.

Interacts with accounts and establishes excellent communication to increase sales.

Offers the latest items to each retail location and improves placement of products for best visibility and customer convivence.

Ensures proper set-up and good presentation of in-store Country Fresh Meats display units.

Assesses inventory of product and determines stocking needs to maintain adequate levels until the next service.

Rotates product stock in delivery vehicle and at retail locations using the FIFO system.

Maintains accurate paperwork to include receipts, voided receipts, and up-to-date route card information.

Processes product returns and credits, enters, and tracks credits on credit slips. No exchange of products.

Maintains sanitation of truck in accordance with HACCP standards.

Communicates product requests daily by 3:00pm to Supervisor to maintain appropriate inventory level of the delivery truck.

Loads delivery truck with products based on prior requests communicated with Supervisor.

Communicates with Supervisor any repair needs of the company vehicle.

Communicates with the Quality Department reporting any product concerns.

Responsible for processing Grocery and “Ship To” orders.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Able to operate company-owned vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.

Able to close the sale.

Highly responsive, assertive, and proactive.

Able to represent CFP in a friendly, professional manner.

Able to understand customer needs and overcome objections.

Adheres to and promotes established facilities safety procedures.

Provides outstanding customer service.

Able to work 10-12/hours per day to complete route; 3-4 days per week.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Must possess a valid divers license and have a good driving record

Proficient with current technology, i.e., computers and smartphones

Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, lifting.

Exposure to year-round changing Wisconsin weather conditions.

Over-the-road position requires the ability to sit in vehicle for extended periods.

Overnight travel may be required.

Company delivery truck provided.
