You will be responsible for making precision tools (such as jigs, fixtures and press tools), special guides and holding devices in accordance with the clients specification
Design, build, and repair tools and moulds used in the manufacturing process
Using a variety of manual milling, turning and grinding machines
Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to fabricate and assemble tooling components
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure tooling meets design requirements
Troubleshoot issues with tooling and make necessary adjustments or repairs
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
