Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles all guest delivery requests and internal delivery needs
Handles catering deliveries for guests
Arriving to the destination in a timely manner
Ability to transport prepared food in company vehicles and maintain overall product quality and presentation at the destination
Ensures excellent guest service
Completes all tasks per company safety policies and traffic laws
Maintains professional appearance at all times
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on the information provided
Assists with maintenance of company vehicles
Keeps company vehicles clean inside and out
Proper tracking and completion of delivery logs
Reporting of any vehicle concerns
Internal communication
Communication with Festival Foods associates – checking in with and speaking to correct parties involved in transaction
Proper tracking of all store maintenance requests and updating the status of requests
Follow up on store maintenance ticket status to ensure completion
Displays a courteous and professional attitude towards all managers, associates, and vendors
Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences .

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record
Successful completion of background check
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily early morning hours with the ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must work in hot and cold environments
Requires prolonged sitting
Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials
WORK SCHEDULE
The Delivery Driver is an hourly position that may be part-time or full-time. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual’s availability
