You will develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving the adoption of our products and solutions in the market. This role will be 75% travel. The territory for this role is Illinois and Wisconsin. The annual base salary pay range for this position is $93,000 - $123,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives in the Ohio and Kentucky regions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and drive product development efforts
Ownership of all relationships (VARs, consultants and end-users), channel management and sales activities within assigned region
Add value to customers through growth and support activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows and product road shows
Own RFP responses and submittals within local territory
Execute on internal business deliverables with the appropriate timeframe
Travel up to 75%
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
Sales experience in security access control
Ability to travel 75%
