Job Title: Production SupervisorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations. Our company specializes in manufacturing portable dance floors, lunch room table tops, and deck floors for concert stages, with most of our products being supplied to schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees, ensuring quality production, and collaborating closely with the Plant Manager to achieve nightly goals.Responsibilities
Directly supervise assigned employees (currently 5 on second shift, with plans to grow this shift next year)
Work with the Plant Manager on interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Plan, assign, and direct work effectively
Set and communicate expectations for employees and monitor their performance
Implement training programs for staff
Monitor and maintain product quality standards
Collaborate with the Plant Manager on planning and executing nightly operations
Essential Skills
3-5 years of production or plant supervising experience
Strong production supervision and management skills
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to ensure safety standards are met
Experience in hiring and training employees
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot as needed
Ability to work OT as production catches up

Pay ranges from 65-70k, depending on experiencePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00-Laid back environment - if you are doing your job, you will be left alone-Three day weekend-Majority of full time employees have been there 5+ years-Smaller company, family feel-Will bring in lunches for employees
