Description We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will focus on processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle a large number of inbound phone calls professionally, providing customer service and technical support Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers Resolve customer problems by answering inquiries about product features, specifications, usability, and troubleshooting Track and log all call information according to standard operating procedures Strive for excellent customer service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls Follow up on customer interactions when necessary and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate customer credit records Utilize CRM systems and practices effectively Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing industry Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Experience with Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts effectively Strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction Proven experience in a customer success role Experience working in a call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and independently Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated Willingness to continually learn and adapt to changes in the industry.
