Position Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Location: Grafton, WI

Shift:Part-time 2nd shift (20 hours per week) Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Brookfield Residential & Vocational Programs, you will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will perform other duties such as transporting clients, completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your ability to make sound decisions while handling challenging situations will be critical to your success.

Don’t have any DSP or CBRF related experience? We provide all the paid classroom and on the job training needed.

After completing our training program you will be a CBRF certified DSP!

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with Responsible Driving Record
• Valid CNA
• Willingness to submit to a WI Caregiver Background Check
• Available to Attend Paid Training in Brookfield, WI
• Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
• A Desire to Assist Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Other Challenges in their Personal Growth
