Job Title: Sr. Staff AccountantJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Staff Accountant to manage general accounting functions. In this role, you will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and conduct regular financial reporting. You will ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, and monitor and implement accounting policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide support for internal and external audits, monitor tax reporting, establish budgets as needed, maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules, and assist Staff Accountants as needed. You will interface with the Controller and perform other related duties as assigned.Hard Skills

Manufacturing experience
CPA preferred
