Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in WAUNAKEE, Wisconsin. This role is primarily within the Machinery Manufacturing industry. The Systems Administrator will be expected to manage and troubleshoot systems, databases, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security within the organization. Responsibilities: Administration and maintenance of Microsoft, Cisco, and Fortinet technologies Implementation and management of cloud technologies and database systems Utilization of Dell Technologies and Active Directory in system management tasks Execution of AB Testing and Cluster Analysis to optimize system performance Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware within the organization Management of VMware and Microsoft Azure for virtualization and cloud computing needs Operation and maintenance of Fortinet Firewalls and Cisco Networking for system security Regular system checks using SolarWinds and Commvault for optimal performance Management of Citrix Technologies for application virtualization Ensuring system backups using various backup technologies to prevent data loss. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in the Machinery Manufacturing industry. Must possess a solid understanding of Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies. Should have hands-on experience with Database management and Dell Technologies. Proficiency in AB Testing and Active Directory is required. Knowledge of Backup Technologies and Cluster Analysis is necessary. Capable of troubleshooting and maintaining Computer Hardware. Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft, Microsoft Azure is crucial. Experience with Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Firewall, and Cisco Networking is desired. Must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
