As an Employment Advisor you make a difference by working with individuals that will be the next generation of professional drivers with TeamRoehl.
Here is how you contribute:
We receive a high volume of inbound calls from individuals interested in our on the job training program as well as our driving opportunities for experienced drivers. Through your knowledge, attentiveness, focus and general brilliance you will provide guidance to these candidates in the early stages of the selection process. Your ultimate goal is to convert an interested candidate into an informed applicant.

Being an Employment Advisor requires an intense amount of focus. You will need to use your exceptional listening and communications skills with the diverse group of individuals that you will be interacting with.
The Experience:
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or marketing. We are also looking for individuals who have worked inside sales, customer service in a contact center, or in retail sales.
The Schedule: As an Employment Advisor you will work 45 hour per week Monday - Friday and are eligible for overtime pay.
