Ripple Behavior Solutions is seeking a Full or Part Time RN's weekdays 2pm-10pm, and rotating weekends 2pm to 10pm.
Current positions exists in our certified ventilator program which serves disabled people in their own homes. This skilled nursing team serves up to 3 clients with physical and cognitive disabilities. We hire RNs with experience in both hospital and psychiatric settings.
Compensation: The position starts at $50.00 per hour.
The nurse must have or be willing to obtain ventilator certification. RBS will pay for ventilator certification courses.
Additional qualifications: Qualified candidates will hold a current Registered Nurse license. He or she will have a strong work ethic, will pay attention to detail, will be a good leader and will be capable of managing potential crisis situations. He or she must have strong interpersonal skills such as patience, empathy, dependability, and kindness, not only with our clients, but with our team. He or she must have a desire to work with adults with physical and emotional health challenges. Successful candidates will have the ability to gain rapport with clients and become an active participant in their daily lives.
All caregivers must be able to lift 75 pounds, must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. All qualified candidates will be required to pass a caregiver background check, a pre-employment drug screen and physical, and have positive employment references.
Job Duties include:
Serving as Lead team member as RN directing and assisting with tasks for caregivers.
Administering medications to clients and monitoring for reactions.
Consulting and coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care plans.
Consulting with institutions or associations regarding issues or concerns relevant to the practice and profession of nursing.
Directing or supervising less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel.
Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records.
Implementing client treatment plans as indicated by clients' responses and conditions.
Monitoring all aspects of client care, including diet and physical activity.
Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or changes in clients' conditions.
Performing physical assessments. Documenting client's progress, condition and vital signs.
Working with the nursing team to organize equipment, or supplies and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.
Ventilation Care: Ensuring that all equipment is in working order.
Salary: $50.00 /hour
