TJ’s Auto & Collision Center is looking for a Detailer!

From the moment you step onto our lot, you will notice that we pay great attention to detail in creating an atmosphere that is welcoming and comfortable. Currently we are looking to grow our Detailing team!
The ideal candidate we are looking for is able to provide excellent service and able get items lot ready (wash or otherwise clean vehicles, machinery, and other equipment).
Some of the Duties and Responsibilities are:
Apply touch-up paints, dyes, polishes, reconditioners, waxes, or masking materials to vehicles to preserve, protect, or restore color or condition.
Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of a vehicle
Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations
Maintain inventories of detailing supplies
Mix cleaning solutions, abrasive compositions, or other compounds, according to formulas
Monitor operation of cleaning machines and equipment
Ability to flourish in a very competitive and fast past environment.
Acting as a point of contact between the company and customers.
Manage multiple shop tickets at the same time
The skills to work with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Maintaining efficient paper and data records.
Maintain accurate and timely service records.
Arrive to work in proper uniform and ready to begin scheduled shift on time
Attend Staff Meetings and any assigned training seminars
Comply to the safety regulations
Adhere to all company policies
Any other job duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be punctual – on time and ready to work.
Must be able to multi-task
Must be organized and detailed oriented.
Most importantly must have a positive attitude and work well with others
Must be able to move at least 50 pounds
Job Type: Full Time Position
Pay is based upon experience and ranges from $10.00 to $14.00 per hour on a biweekly schedule.
Typical schedule is a 40 hour work week; Tuesday to Saturday 9:00am or 9:30am to 5:30pm or 6:00pm.
