Position Title: Shipping and Receiving Lead
Wage: $19.00 - $23.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st
Hours: 5:00am – 1:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review department daily labor summary
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Respond to shipping department’s request for job status
- Manage job packets and production flow through each work center
- Identify and coach operators not achieving production goals or desired quality
- Investigate and determine root cause of rework jobs
- Review, approve and forward vacation and absence requests
- Monitor and control use of consumables assigned variable expenses
Requirements:
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated lead or supervisor experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
