Personally greet every customer as they walk through the door and maintain friendly contact throughout their shopping experience
Determine customer needs and provide recommendation(s) to solve problem; sale or possible service
Order any out of stock, special order items, create purchase orders, transfers, and follow up with customers by phone calls to completion of invoice
Maintain orderly files and clean records of all transactions, as well as accurate cash drawer
Solicit new accounts and continued Sales marketing via online resources and sales Leads
Maintain appropriate Sales Counter appearance and organization
Coordinate order from warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are ready in a timely fashion to achieve excellent level of customer service
Package parts for delivery via company truck, UPS, LTL, ect.
Tags items on floor as well as sorts out inventory
Posts inventory on various online vendors such as MarketPlace and CraigsList
On downtime call customers to see how they are doing/or if they need anyhing
Other duties as assigned
