Location: Near Downtown Stevens Point
Next Level Massage is an established practice with a strong local reputation. We are opening a second treatment room and seeking a licensed, therapeutic minded, professional Massage Therapist to join our team. The owner travels seasonally; reliable coverage and consistent client care are priorities.
Position details:
Employment type: Prefer part‑time W‑2, but open to contractor arrangements for the right candidate.
Compensation: Generous. Commission based.
Scheduling: Extremely flexible — choose the days/hours that suit you. Start with approximately 3–5 clients per week with the option to expand to 10–15 clients per week (or more) as desired.
Responsibilities:
Provide high‑quality therapeutic massage (Sports, deep tissue). Clients come to us specifically for deep tissue and sports massage with an emphasis on recovery and performance.
Conduct professional client consultations and complete accurate SOAP notes.
Maintain room cleanliness, timely turnover, and adherence to clinic SOPs.
Communicate schedule changes and client needs clearly with the owner/desk.
Requirements
Current state massage license and proof of liability insurance.
Two professional references.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Ability to follow clinic protocols and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
