Perform all levels of service of Auto, Light Trucks, and intermittently misc. equipment
Diagnose and identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order
Provide detailed estimates and/or explanation on technical diagnoses for prior approval to commencing work, to maintain excellent customer service internal & external.
Test drive vehicles to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles
Assisting other technicians in performing technical activities
Learning new technical information and techniques in relevant training in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology
Maintain work area appearance and safety
Other duties as assigned
