Towne Construction is a small family-oriented company that specializes in crafting high-quality new homes, and we are Hiring Immediately for an Experienced Construction Leadman to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional with a passion for home building, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to lead a team through all phases of new home construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a crew through all stages of new home construction, from foundation to finish.
Interpret and execute blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
Ensure project milestones are met on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure project efficiency.
Communicate effectively with project manager, inspectors, and clients.
Perform hands-on work to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in residential construction with a focus on new home builds with a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in framing, roofing, finish carpentry, and other residential construction techniques.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, permits, and construction best practices.
License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Tools: Must have basic personal tools; company provides larger equipment.
