MACHINE OPERATORS / 1st SHIFT / $13.50 PER HOUR
SUMMARY: We are currently recruiting for machine operators. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the line crew to facilitate the labeling and packaging process, as well as, operating and maintaining machines and equipment. You must be experienced on small machines, and able to read instructions and keep accurate records. To learn more, please apply directly to Badger State Staffing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Read and understand mechanical drawings, diagrams and instructions.
Set up, operate and maintain machines and equipment.
Record equipment related issues in the maintenance log.
Perform on-the-job training of new hires in several departments.
Work in other departments as deemed necessary to meet business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
Mathematically inclined
Experience in operating production lines with integrated functionality
Data entry skills
Able to stand as needed for the position and lift 50 pounds on occasion
Available to work weekend and overtime hours when necessary
