Customer Service Representative

Description We are in need of a Customer Service Representative based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, processing customer applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. This is a long-term contract role where you will be interacting with customers through various channels and contributing to our customer service team's daily metrics.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and faxes Assist customers with inquiries related to paychecks, enrollment information, or hours worked Answer inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Manage customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Meet daily performance metrics related to customer service Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence Communicate effectively with both employers and employees regarding customer inquiries. Requirements Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls. Experience in a call center customer service environment is crucial. Should be skilled in data entry and email correspondence. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Must have excellent customer service skills. Able to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Must have strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals. Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours if required.
