A sharp eye for detail, proofing, and accuracy in production design.

The Production Designer role is a full-time hybrid/remote position reporting to the Director of Franchise Marketing. While primarily working from home, the candidate will be required to visit the office occasionally. This position is tasked with crafting ad images and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department team in the following ways:

Design visually appealing ad images for various digital platforms.

Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and website assets.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.

Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital channels.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for design and marketing initiatives.

Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Perform other duties as required.

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid/Remote Team Members are expected to be available and communicative during core office hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Experience working in a marketing department or creative agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing and content marketing.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Marketing or related field is preferred or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Direct experience in the marketing department of a QSR chain.
