Job Title: Utility Biller/Customer ServiceLocation: Bar Nunn, WYJob Type: Full Time 8AM-5PM M-FPay : $17.50/HRJob Summary:Adecco is currently helping a local client in Bar Nunn, WY seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Utility Biller/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for processing billing statements, monitoring utility accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will backfill office personnel, answering calls and assisting customers with inquiries related to their utility services.Key Responsibilities:
Process utility billing statements accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage utility accounts, ensuring all account information is up to date.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Backfill office personnel as needed, performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service.
Stay informed about utility services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in billing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
