What you will be doing:
The Frog Creek Partners (FCP) is seeking an engaging, high-energy people person who is passionate about clean water and wants to do well by doing good. The ideal candidate has a background in successful sales and is motivated to sell a practical and effective solution that improves the health of our planet.
The Community Engagement Manager will initiate and manage Clean Water Community Challenges (CWCC). These events are community-specific sales efforts established and proven to attract companies and individuals who want to sponsor Gutter Bins to fight the menace of stormwater pollution. Initially the job will be focused on the intermountain west region with the intent to grow to a national presence.
A successful CWCC requires community outreach, marketing, sales, event planning and close coordination with municipal personnel. As Community Engagement Manager, you will be expected to execute at least one CWCC per month, which will require occasional day or overnight travel. Once completed, the Community Engagement Manager will act as the account manager for a CWCC municipality and will be expected to generate ongoing sales and perform customer service.
The Community Engagement Manager will also be expected to take on additional duties (see below) and as they arise.
