Position Purpose:
Senior Software Engineer is an architect, mentor, process designer and high-level coding member of the application framework team in the product development organization.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Understand and advance underlying architecture of production systems
Collaborate closely with product and architecture groups to design, plan and implement solutions
Engineer, code and support product features including components, frameworks and libraries in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Focus on less-structured, more complex issues that may require championing new technologies and development practices
Serve as a resource to others across the organization
Provide explanations and interpretations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Performs other duties as required

Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelors Degree
5+ years in software engineering with demonstrated success building commercial SaaS products
Full-stack development experience with ASP.NET, C# , .NET Core and SQL Server
Experience developing service-based and event-driven architectures
Object-Oriented design principles and software design patterns
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repos and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Job Related Experience:
Experience developing cloud-native applications
Experience with Azure cloud platforms (Azure SQL, Key Vault, App Insights, Log Analytics, Service Bus, etc.)
Experience in the lending industry
Technologies: C#.NET (including .NET Core), ASP.NET, T-SQL, SQL Server, Redis, JSON, Visual Studio, OAuth2, WebAPI and REST patterns
Agile development practices
