Your Tasks

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Coordinator position in Cheyenne, WY.

Responsibilities:

Safety:

  • Supports safety initiative as assigned and maintains all safety records.

Quality:

  • Maintains accurate and complete employee records pursuant to specified guidelines.
  • Maintains all HRIS employee records.
  • Processes payroll and attendance records accurately.

On-Time Delivery:

  • Consistently meets scheduled commitments regarding payroll, benefits, attendance program, progressive discipline and required data entry.

  • Ensures accurate and timely compliance with all regulations. (e.g. HIPAA, FMLA, all applicable employment laws).

Cost:

  • Exercises good judgment with regard to cost control for all purchasing decisions assigned.

People:

  • Support Employee Relations through assisting administration of benefits and supporting the Human Resources Manager with HR programs and policies.
  • Work with employees and management to support the company’s COVID-19 response plan.
  • Assists HR Manager with training, employee relations and safety including scheduling or training, special events and record keeping

Other:

  • Planning and organizing company sponsored events.
  • Office administrative duties as required to support HR and plant operations.
  • Other Duties as Assigned; Other HR Projects as assigned.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years relevant HR, payroll and administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Krono's time keeping and HRIS experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
