The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for all of our ecommerce presence. This includes oversight of CRM, website(s), online advertising, email campaigns, all forms of digital marketing and e-commerce sales. The development and ability to achieve conversions is paramount to this position and will rely on driving site traffic, optimizing site navigation, and running promotions. This position will work closely with the marketing team to achieve the desired brand perception. Past experience in Ecommerce is a must. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the planning and execution of the overall marketing strategy
Manage all areas of site merchandising and develop new strategies as needed to drive consumer traffic
Coordinate sitewide content planning and execution'based on the marketing calendar while -working closely with our internal and external teams to prioritize, build, and launch new features, enhancements and fixes.
Ensure that product is reflected accurately on the website (product descriptions, servings, etc.) and manage adding new products as they are launched
Develop understanding of customer experience data implement educated marketing strategies
Test and manage all email marketing & promotional campaigns, including tracking and reporting
Track custom shop sales to report back to the product development team on top features.
Track on-site search terms to continually optimize and improve search to reflect latest product launches and customer queries
Assist with monthly marketing calendar that supports site-merchandising plan
Generate and deliver weekly metrics reports for leadership team and stay educated on all sales, site metrics, performance trends and adjust tactics accordingly
Execute ecommerce merchandising and promotions, working alongside marketing and creative teams.
Monitor day-to-day website systems to ensure a fast and reliable customer experience; proactively identify and resolve systems issues. Collaborate with customer service representatives, production team & warehouse to address any problems and prevent inventory disruptions
Produce posts for social media, working closely with creative team for content & scheduling.
Capture and prepare pre-defined KPIs in support of analysis and reporting requirements.
Work with leadership on a variety of tasks related to brand development and other aspects of marketing/sales as needed
Ability to travel as part of the marketing team to interact with Consumers, Writers, and influencers.
Excellent interpersonal and influencer marketing skills
Strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy and dedication to great consumer experiences
Outstanding organizational, project management and analytical skills
Strong command of CMS, systems with wooCommerce, Wordpress, and Hubspot experience preferred
Strong written and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Google Docs
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2-plus years working with ecommerce and website management systems.
Demonstrated technical proficiency creating, managing, deploying, and measuring content on hosted ecommerce platforms. Administrator-level experience on WooCommerce a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics
Excellent ability to work as part of a small team and communicate well with colleagues based locally, nationally & globally
Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders during design and development to ensure high quality implementation and strong results delivery.
Excellent project management skills, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize appropriately, and deliver against deadlines.
Proven ability to build relationships, work effectively independently, and in a team environment.
High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion and energy and passion to succeed
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
