Salary: $10.87-$15.25 per hour, plus $4.18 per hour in fringe benefits.

In this dual position, you will be preforming work as both a Food Service Worker and a Food Service Supervisor.

As a Food Service Worker, you will set up and tear down the serving line. You will also distribute food to customers, replenish supplies, bus tables, wash dishes, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, all while providing excellent customer service.

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for assuring the distribution of food items to customers, including setting up and tearing down serving line. You will also be held responsible for general housekeeping services, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining hall, ensuring that all supplies are replenished, busing tables and washing dishes, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

As a working supervisor, you will also supervise and direct the work food service workers.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Previous supervisor experience preferred.

Some food service experience desired.

Current food handler's card or ability to obtain one.

Compensation & Benefits

This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit amount of $4.18 per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K, plus a paid sick leave benefit. Employees also earn paid time off for vacation.

For work preformed as a food service worker, you will earn a wage of $10.87 per hour along with the stated $4.18 per hour fringe benefit. For work completed as a supervisor, you will earn $15.25 per hour and the previously stated fringe benefit.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record as determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Must be able to obtain a Federal Contractors Badge Upon employment.

Preference will be given to those with documented disabilities.
