Associate Civil/Environmental Engineer – Laramie, WY

This position assists with managing environmental and engineering projects for industrial clients. Responsibilities

As an associate engineer, you will assist with environmental investigation, remediation, and engineering projects at refineries and other petroleum or industrial sites. Your work will involve supporting sewer improvements; soil and groundwater remediation design, implementation, and reporting; environmental investigation projects; and technical/business development/marketing needs. Other job responsibilities will include assisting with client relations and project management, including budgeting. The position requires working outdoors at petroleum refineries and general/industrial construction sites and up to 40% travel to project locations.

Position Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering

5-9 years of relevant work experience

State professional engineer (PE) registration (or working toward achieving licensure)

Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project team members

Positive employment with a commitment to safe work practices

Initiative and motivation with an emphasis on completing high-quality project deliverables on schedule

Reliable, team-oriented work habits

Ability to travel to client sites and other Trihydro offices

A clean driving record

Ability to work independently
