Civil/Environmental Engineer – Rocky Mountain Region/Laramie WY

This position assists with managing environmental and engineering projects for industrial clients. Responsibilities

You will assist with environmental engineering, investigation, and remediation projects. Your work will primarily involve supporting industrial sewer infrastructure improvement projects, including task coordination and design; and assisting with client relations and project management. Additional responsibilities may include soil and groundwater remediation design, implementation, and reporting; and technical/business development/marketing needs. The position requires working outdoors at petroleum refineries and other petroleum or industrial sites, and up to 40% travel to project locations.

Position Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, with preference for civil/environmental focus

5-9 years of relevant work experience

Commitment to safe work practices

State professional engineer (PE) registration (or working toward achieving licensure)

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Ability to interact effectively with clients and project team members to achieve project goals

Positive attitude

Initiative and self-motivation

Ability to produce high-quality project deliverables Strong time management and organizational skills

Reliable, team-oriented work habits

Ability to travel to client sites and other Trihydro offices

A clean driving record

Location

This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Laramie, WY. Consideration may be given to other locations within the Rocky Mountain region depending on candidate qualifications and availability to travel.
