We need people in each of these areas
We need a person who is dependable, shows up every day for work, on time. We need a person who is organized, a filer. If you like your closet, your garage, your toolbox neat and organized where you can find everything, then this may be the position for you.
Someone who can work alone and be productive and someone who can supervise himself
We don't need someone who is an expert at only 1 thing. We need someone who has experience in many phases. We need someone who can do most of these things.
We are growing and offering an opportunity for someone to grow with our company.
Need someone from 7am to 5pm every day, and some Saturdays. Of course there is vacation time and scheduled days off, when you need it.
You will need your own vehicle, phone, hand tools for the Major needs, tool belt, saws, hammers, socket sets, wrenches, pliers, screw drivers, drill, etc...
$60,000- to $80,000- per year, $5,000- to $7,000- per month. Depending on experience and tools.
I understand that this is an unusual position and it will take a very special and skilled person to do this job.
