The Role
The Personal Assistant (PA) is expected to provide general support to the principal as needed, including some administrative, household, and day-to-day assistance. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, calendar and appointment management, administrative paperwork and bill pay, running errands, organizing the home, liaising with various contractors, and helping with travel arrangements.
The PA should have a ‘no job is too small’ mentality, able to help with household management tasks, to help walk the dog and take him to the groomer. The PA should be able to work independently but also collaboratively with the principal.
Initially the principal sees this role as being 20 hours per week but would be happy to increase this, if time was well spent on various projects. Successful candidates will have the right kind of base skill set, good with research and a naturally organized person. They will also have a great attitude, one of positivity and competence, able to solve problems creatively.
