Compensation & Perks
W2 position | $14–$25/hour (based on experience)
Crew members earn Monthly profit-share bonuses when projects come in under budget. Top Performers earn upwards of $35/hr+

Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM
Based in Laramie, WY and Casper, WY
Requirements
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurable driving record
Physically able to lift 45 lbs and work at heights
Must reside within 60 minutes of Casper or Laramie
