Your responsibilities will include:
– Plan and coordinate market events within the assigned state, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
– Liaise with community stakeholders, including local businesses, schools, and government entities, to secure support and collaboration.
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the market events through various channels such as social media, flyers, and local media.
– Supervise the setup, operations, and teardown of market events, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
– Evaluate the success of each market and provide feedback for future improvements.
– Maintain regular communication with the Program Director and provide updates on market activities.
– Represent the Children’s Entrepreneur Market in a professional manner at all times.

– Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
– Passion for education and fostering entrepreneurship among children

– Must be available Saturday mornings as a default date for most market events
