We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support owners with a variety of tasks. This role is vital in coordinating day-to-day tasks that support leadership to perform with excellence.
You must be able to track detailed data and have a supportive, helpful attitude. The right person will be sharp, dependable, flexible, accurate, coachable, skilled at Word & Excel, Google documents/sheets, Quickbooks and/or accounting experience a plus, and be willing to support wherever needed.
Job responsibilities will include but not limited to rental property marketing, email management, property logistics, tenant communication, scheduling support, project management, bookkeeping, and other administrative logistics as needed.

Majority of work will be remote work at home with occasional meetings or property visits. Must be located in Casper, WY to do site visits.
