PAY SCALE: Base plus Commission

-Be able to build rapport
-Hire and train
-Generate and pursue leads aggressively
-Complete customer contracts
-Facilitate ongoing general support as needed
-Achieve company goals with hiring and driving sales

REQUIREMENTS:
-21+ years old
-A dependable vehicle, preferably a truck to carry your ladder and supplies.
-A valid driver's license and SMARTPHONE are required.
-Sales and construction knowledge is a must.
-Previous roofing sales experience is a plus…BUT NOT REQUIRED.
-Strong communication/organizational skills
-The understanding that you will need to physically inspect roofs.
-Must be self-motivated, having the ability to problem solve and offer the best in customer service
-A Positive Attitude, Honesty, and Integrity are a must.
