Levi's Backhoe Service is a small excavation, trucking and pipe bursting company based in Douglas, WY. We take pride in serving our customers, for the last 15 years, in residential dirt work, utility repair and installation as well as industrial site prep and road building.
Levi's Backhoe Service, also, specializes in pipe bursting; both residential sewer services and main line water and sewer.

We are seeking an equipment operator with 2 years experience digging around utilities (alleys and tight places). You need to be able to operate a backhoe, mini excavator, skidsteer, track hoe. Blade and scraper experience are a plus but not required. Tonka toys don't count! A CDL license would be great! Our customers don't call us for the easy jobs. We need you to be honest, self motivated, friendly and flexible (be able to change directions at a moment's notice with a smile and a good attitude). We need you to have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, your own transportation, be able to pass a background check and drug screening and have common sense and be able to lift 70lbs. We will train you to make decisions on the job based upon our company's policy of treating our customers the way we would like to be treated and doing an excellent job for each one.
Be prepared for a 30 minute interview with a resume. There will be a personality test with 3 or 4 more steps if you can get that far. We are looking for a rock star not Joe Blow off the street!!
Starting pay is $20/hr. Higher pay depends on you.
