Southern Exposure Landscape Management is looking for an experienced landscape professional ready to step into leadership. As a Foreman, you’ll run a crew, take ownership of projects, and have the support of a company that values hard work, craftsmanship, and career growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a crew to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance
Plan daily and weekly schedules with the Maintenance Supervisor
Walk properties, identify service needs, and ensure client satisfaction
Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to keep jobs on track
Handle timekeeping, vehicle inspections, and paperwork accurately
Set the standard for safety, professionalism, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of landscape maintenance experience (turf care, pruning, weed control, irrigation)
2+ years of crew leadership experience (foreman or crew lead preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills with a positive attitude
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required
