We are looking for an experienced site superintendent to work as a team member with the Project Manager on site, for the construction of a 30,000 sf office/retail ground floor project with 3 story wood frame residential condos above. 5 years minimum experience in supervising residential / commercial construction. Basic MS Office computer skills and valid driverâs license are a must. Job requires living in the Laramie, WY area.
The position is immediate, construction to start in mid-July 2019.
Duties would include:
⢠On site supervision and interaction of subcontractors and suppliers.
⢠Coordinating and maintaining project schedule.
⢠Site inspections and problem resolution.
⢠Quality Assurance inspections and documentation.
⢠Create and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.
