Description This role is for someone who excels at explaining intricate technical information to the non-technical user. Major responsibilities
Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions
Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Requirements - Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Desktop support or related experience
Proven knowledge of customer service
Solid understanding of Active Directory
Foundational knowledge in Network Printers
Proficiency in Network Troubleshooting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Well-founded grasp of Azure Active Directory
