This is an administrative position that requires detail-oriented accounting principles to
work that is analytical, creative, and evaluative in nature. This position requires an
understanding of both accounting theory and practice.
Daily duties will include AR and AP data entry. You will be responsible for preparing
accurate financial statements. You will be working with TSheets, QuickBooks and
payroll firm to ensure accurate payroll is done on time every time.
Full time Monday Friday 9:00-6:00
ï· Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts.
ï· Reconcile multiple bank statements.
ï· Reconcile and submit business and payroll taxes/licenses.
ï· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such
as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
ï· Assist in preparation of Company monthly, quarterly and year-end internal
ï· Ensure that the assigned day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance
with established accounting principles, policies, and objectives.
ï· Within the limits of delegated responsibility, make day-to-day decisions
concerning the accounting treatment of financial transactions.
ï· Recommend improvements, adaptations, or revisions in the accounting system
ï· Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare
ï· Analyze contracts, sales, transfers, audits and be able to interpret and quickly
determine and point out trends or deviations from company standards.
ï· May establish, modify, document, and coordinate implementation of accounting
and accounting control procedures per the owners request.
ï· Organize and research financial information submitted from multiple locations.
ï· Responsible for responding to audit requests (Government, insurance, owner,
ï· Accounting experience with retail and lending.
ï· Additional duties as assigned.
ï· Experience with multiple locations tracked by class.
ï· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ï· Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure within limited timeframe.
ï· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/deadlines.
ï· Very detail-oriented with exceptional level of accuracy and follow through highly
ï· High-level of computer skills including MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS
Outlook, and Internet.
ï· Works well both within teams and independently with limited supervision.
ï· Excellent skill set with commitment to producing results.
ï· 5 years in depth QuickBooks experience.
ï· 10 years bookkeeper/accounting experience.
ï· 5 years in human resources.
ï· 5 years of administrative experience.
