Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues and ensure compliance with standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, financial metrics, and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a track record of successful property management and tenant relations
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, landlord-tenant laws, and industry regulations
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in property management software and tools, such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Rent Manager
