Leading Commercial and Residential Glass Contractor is seeking a Service Department Manager for their Birmingham location.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the glass industry or commercial and/or residential construction. It could be field related, estimating, project management, customer service, or a combination of all the above.
Primary knowledge, skills and responsibilities include:
Knowledge of commercial storefront and other glass systems.
Help manage and schedule multiple teams of installers.
Estimate small to medium sized projects. Storefront installation, all glass systems, glass replacement and door repair.
Project management, from meeting customers on site to estimating, purchasing materials, and scheduling installation.
