Out-of-state property investor seeks local Birmingham “gal/guy Friday” to work on a per diem basis. Perfect for stay-at-home mom or college student. Candidate must be trustworthy, dependable/reliable, and able to provide a resume with verifiable references. Candidate will be subject to a background check. Must have clean driver's license.
Responsibilities include photographing the exteriors of for-sale properties found on Zillow or similar websites and sending pictures, as well as checking on properties already acquired in/around the BHM area. Candidate will work with locally hired contractors on site to view / establish work progress, and document tenant move in's. Local errand running related to real estate acquisitions. Picking up mail from rented office space and forward mail once a month to our office in NY. Candidate will be the liaison between our properties and a BHM Property Management company. Residential single-family homes only. . Approx 5-10 hours a week total serving to be our "eyes and ears" while owner is not in the BHM area. In-person meetings will take place when investor visits the BHM area.
